- 6 tbsp Yeo’s Szechuan Kung Po Sauce
- 600g Tofu, cubed
- 1 Red dried chilli, cut into small pieces
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- Spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Yeo’s Szechuan Kung Po Sauce
- 150g Minced meat
Szechuan Ma Pou Tofu
Preparation time: 5mins
Cooking Time: 10mins
- Marinate minced meat with Yeo’s Szechuan Kung Po Sauce for 10 minutes.
- Stir-fry meat in heated oil for 1 minute.
- Add Yeo’s Szechuan Kung Po Sauce, tofu, dried chilli to meat and stir-fry for another minute.
- Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
