• 2 tbsp  Yeo’s Nasi Goreng Paste
  • 1 tsp    Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
  • 3 tbsp  Cooking Oil
  • 450g    Green Prawns, peeled & deveined
  • 1          Large Onion, finely chopped
  • Garnish: Spring Onion, finely chopped and Butterhead Lettuce

Stir – Fried Spicy Prawns

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 5mins

Cooking Time: 5mins

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Stir-fry Yeo’s Nasi Goreng Paste in heated oil for 1 minute.
  2. Add onion, prawns and stir-fry for another 2 to 3 minutes till cooked.
  3. Add Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil and mix well. Garnish and serve hot.
Tip: Add 1 tsp of Yeo’s Sambal Oeleck for a spicier meal.
