- 2 tbsp Yeo’s Salted Soy Beans
- 500g Pork Ribs
- 3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
- Spring Onion, thinly sliced to garnish
- 1 tbsp Yeo’s Light Soya Sauce
- 4 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Chinese Rice Wine
- 2 tsp Sugar

- Mix marinade in a bowl and marinate pork ribs for 15 minutes.
- Place Yeo’s Salted Soy Beans and garlic over pork ribs and steam in high heat for 15 minutes.
- Garnish and serve hot.
