Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp  Yeo’s Salted Soy Beans
  • 500g    Pork Ribs
  • 3          Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • Spring Onion, thinly sliced to garnish

For Marinade:

  • 1 tbsp  Yeo’s Light Soya Sauce
  • 4 tsp    Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp  Corn Flour
  • 2 tbsp  Chinese Rice Wine
  • 2 tsp    Sugar

Steamed Pork Ribs

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 15mins

Cooking Time: 15mins

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix marinade in a bowl and marinate pork ribs for 15 minutes.
  2. Place Yeo’s Salted Soy Beans and garlic over pork ribs and steam in high heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Garnish and serve hot.
