- 1 jar Yeo’s Sambal Paste
- 30g sliced onion
- 500g prawns, de-shelled and deveined
- 1/3 jar water
- Spring onion strips to garnish
Spicy Sambal Prawns
Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking Time: 10mins
- Heat up 1 tbsp Yeo’s Sesame Oil, add prawns and onion.
- Stir-fry for about 3mins.
- Add Yeo’s Sambal Paste and water and stir-fry for about 5mins.
- Garnish with spring onion strips and serve hot.
