• 1 jar Yeo’s Sambal Paste
  • 30g sliced onion
  • 500g prawns, de-shelled and deveined
  • 1/3 jar water
  • Spring onion strips to garnish

Spicy Sambal Prawns

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 10mins

Cooking Time: 10mins

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat up 1 tbsp Yeo’s Sesame Oil, add prawns and onion.
  2. Stir-fry for about 3mins.
  3. Add Yeo’s Sambal Paste and water and stir-fry for about 5mins.
  4. Garnish with spring onion strips and serve hot.
