Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Yeo’s Sambal Paste
  • 500g Fish Fillet
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 20g Dried Shrimps, minced
  • 1 Shallot, minced
  • 1 Egg
  • Banana Leaf, to garnish
  • Spring Onion, to garnish

Cooking Time : 20mins

Cooking Instructions:

  1. . Blend fish fillet into a paste-like texture.
  2. Add Yeo’s Sambal Paste, rice flour, dried shrimps, shallot, egg and mix well.
  3. Place fish mixture into a glass tray and steam for 20 minutes.
  4. Garnish and serve hot.
