- 200g fish fillet
- 2 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 5g chili, chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ sugar
- ¼ garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp corn flour
