Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
  • 450g tiger prawns, deshelled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry
  • Garnish: Lettuce and spring onions chopped finely

Hot Bean Prawns

Serves : 4

Preparation Time : 5mins

Cooking Time : 10mins

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat oil and stir-fry prawns with garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  2. Add Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce, Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce, wine and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add a little water if necessary.
  4. Add Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil and mix well. Garnish and serve
