
Ingredients:
- 200g tofu, cut into 8 pieces
- 100g spinach
- 10g peanut granules
Seasonings:
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Yeo’s Light soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt and sugar
Optional: 10 wolfberries, soaked
Grilled Tofu with Spinach
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking Time: 15mins
Directions:
- Boil the spinach with hot water. Grilled tofu until fragrant then put it on the spinach.
- Heat up all the seasonings and add 1 tablespoon of water. Pour onto tofu. Sprinkle with the peanut granules and wolfberries. Serve immediately.
