Ingredients:

  • 200g tofu, cut into 8 pieces
  • 100g spinach
  • 10g peanut granules

Seasonings:

  • 1 tsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp Yeo’s Light soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt and sugar

Optional: 10 wolfberries, soaked

Grilled Tofu with Spinach

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 10mins

Cooking Time: 15mins

Directions:

  1. Boil the spinach with hot water. Grilled tofu until fragrant then put it on the spinach.
  2. Heat up all the seasonings and add 1 tablespoon of water. Pour onto tofu. Sprinkle with the peanut granules and wolfberries. Serve immediately.
