Ingredients:

  • 10 chicken wings or 20 mid joint chicken
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 5 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
  • 3 tsbp Coriander, chopped coarsely
  • 2 cup corn flour
  • 4 cups of cooking oil
  • Dipping bowl of Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
  • SidesLettuce and cherry tomatoes

Fiery Hot Chicken Wings

Serves : 6

Preparation time : 10mins

Cooking Time : 30mins

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Marinade overnight or 1 hour before cooking. Mix chicken wings with garlic, lime juice, ginger, Yeo’s Light Soy sauce, Hot Chilli Sauce and Pure Sesame Oil.
  2. Heat oil and a deep non- stick wok. Pat chicken wings lightly with corn flour and deep fry for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce.
