
Ingredients:
- 10 chicken wings or 20 mid joint chicken
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 5 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
- 3 tsbp Coriander, chopped coarsely
- 2 cup corn flour
- 4 cups of cooking oil
- Dipping bowl of Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
- Sides: Lettuce and cherry tomatoes
Fiery Hot Chicken Wings

Cooking Time : 30mins
DIRECTIONS:
- Marinade overnight or 1 hour before cooking. Mix chicken wings with garlic, lime juice, ginger, Yeo’s Light Soy sauce, Hot Chilli Sauce and Pure Sesame Oil.
- Heat oil and a deep non- stick wok. Pat chicken wings lightly with corn flour and deep fry for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce.
