• 4 x Russel/US potatoes
  • 1 can of Yeo’s Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce
  • 100g Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 4 tsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for cooking
  • Side: Salad greens and tomatoes

Cheddar Jacket Potatoes with Beans


  1. Boil potatoes in the pot of boiling water till medium cook, you should be able to pierce a fork through with little effort without breaking the flesh.
  2. Pre Heat oven at 200 degrees
  3. Break open the potatoes, add 2 tsbp of Yeo’s Baked Beans in Tomato sauce, butter and grated cheese. Drizzle olive oil on top of potatoes.
  4. Bake in oven till cheese melts. Serve with a bed of salad greens.
