Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp    Yeo’s Szechuan Kung Po Sauce
  • 600g       Tofu, cubed
  • 1              Red dried chilli, cut into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp    Cooking oil
  • Spring onion, finely chopped

For Marinade:

  • 2 tbsp    Yeo’s Szechuan Kung Po Sauce
  • 150g       Minced meat

Szechuan Ma Pou Tofu

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 5mins

Cooking Time: 10mins

Directions:

  1. Marinate minced meat with Yeo’s Szechuan Kung Po Sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry meat in heated oil for 1 minute.
  3. Add Yeo’s Szechuan Kung Po Sauce, tofu, dried chilli to meat and stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
