YHS made its first foray into property development with Tivoli Gardens, a 59-unit landed estate in District 19.

This was followed by the launch of The Sterling, Gardenvista and landed projects such as Tai Keng Villas, Parry Green, Chuan Villas, and Princeton Vale.

Its latest development is JARDIN, an exclusive property nestled along Bukit Timah/Dunearn Road.
