Assistant Trade Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Manage, control and provide a proper tracking record and update on A&P expenses by Brand/Customer on a monthly basis.
Manage, control Channel A&P, rebated and principals funding plus financial related matters.
Responsible for developing customer action plans based on company key priorities.
Develop trade or consumer programs to drive sales and increase profitability.
Plan and implement effective in-store brand visibility activities including display, racks and POS materials.
Prepare Promotion Plan and Post-Promotion Analysis to senior management on a monthly basis.
Negotiate and buy from 3rd Party vendors for the purpose of implementing trade marketing activities e.g. premiums / prizes.
Support the sales team in business reviews with key customers and principals.
To proactively look out for new opportunities/trends that will drive company's business objectives.
Requirements:
Degree in Commerce or Marketing.
2 to 3 years relevant experience, preferably in food and beverage industry.
Previous working experience with advertising agencies, suppliers and retail chain buyers an advantage.
Outgoing personality and results oriented.
PC Literate and strong in financial numbers.
