Assistant Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Maximize volume and revenue in the Supermarket/Hypermarket channel.
Cultivate strong relationships with key customers.
Develop and implement key account plans.
Activate in-store and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to achieve sales target.
Coach and lead sales team on selling and display execution/merchandising standards.
Listing of new products.
Manage product pricing.
Leading a team of sales executives, sales representatives and merchandisers to drive for superior marketplace execution and customer service and profit performance.
