Assistant Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
As a member of the brand team, you will assist the Senior Manager International in developing and implementing long-term and short-term brand marketing objectives and strategies, as well as achieving the sales and profit objective for a portfolio of products.
You will also work closely with the overseas sales team on the implementation of promotions/activities, trade events and communications campaigns of assigned product categories globally and with the R&D team on new product development.
You will be responsible for formulation of marketing plans, coordination on product, packaging and conceptualization; marketing budget and performance evaluation; market intelligence and competitor analysis.
You will ensure that all business units apply consistent global branding requirements confirming to the HQ guidelines.
Requirements:
3 - 5 years brand management experience in FMCG industry
Minimum Degree holder
Candidate with lesser experience but related marketing background will be considered for
Must have marketing experience
Pro-active and creative
Effectively bilingual with good interpersonal and communication skills
